Author Dan Roam really proves the power of visual thinking that he touts in his book The Back of the Napkin. Think about Dan Pink’s Design aptitude, and you can start to understand the synthesis and higher level thinking skills that it takes to distill such a complex problem into an intuitive interface. It’s little wonder that these drawings have been making the rounds!
